摘要
在当今国内外经济快速发展的背景下,机械产品的使用变得越来越频繁,而随着人们生活水平的不断提升,对机械产品的性能、质量也要求越来越高。对于高质量的机械产品,则离不开生产加工技术以及现场管理,在现代化的机械加工现场管理中,统筹并协调好生产现场的各项设备与原料是机械加工现场管理阶段面临的主要问题。基于此,本文就当前机械加工生产现场管理展开分析,并结合实际情况提出针对性的建议,以此为机械加工生产现场管理提供全新的思路。
In the context of rapid economic development both domestically and internationally,the use of mechanical products has become increasingly frequent.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the performance and quality of mechanical products are also increasingly demanding.For high-quality mechanical products,production and processing technology as well as on-site management are indispensable.In modern mechanical processing site management,coordinating and coordinating various equipment and raw materials on the production site is the main problem faced in the mechanical processing site management stage.Based on this,this article analyzes the current management of mechanical processing production sites and proposes targeted suggestions based on actual situations,in order to provide new ideas for the management of mechanical processing production sites.
