摘要
概述BIM技术,阐述绿色建筑施工原则,从合理施工规划、合理设计管线、精准监测参数、资源节约4方面分析基于BIM技术的绿色建筑施工运用,并从施工决策、开发、实施及运用管理全流程对基于BIM的绿色建筑施工流程优化进行阐述。
This paper summarizes BIM technology,expounds the principles of green building construction,analyzes the application of BIM technology based green building construction from four aspects:reasonable construction planning,reasonable pipeline design,accurate monitoring parameters and resource saving,and expounds the optimization of BIM based green building construction process from the whole process of construction decision-making,development,implementation and application management.
