摘要
文章旨在讨论应对低蒸发季节E卤(氯化钾、氯化钠、光卤石共饱点)供给紧缺时,为保证光卤石盐田的平稳运行,在调节池前端采用兑卤工艺,一是消除原卤的钾石盐环节,避免钾石盐阶段中钾的损失,二是加速E卤的形成,为光卤石池在低蒸发季节提供“充足、连续、稳定、有序”的常态化供给,同时避免光卤石池卤水中水氯镁石析出,为下年钾肥生产做好原矿的储备。
The article aims to discuss how to cope with the shortage of E brine(co-saturation point of KCl,NaCl and carnallite)supply during the low evaporation period.In order to ensure the smooth operation of carnallite salt fields,a brine mixing process is adopted at the front end of the regulating tank.Firstly,it eliminates the potassium salt stage in the original brine to avoid potassium loss during the potassium salt stage.Secondly,it accelerates the formation of E brine,providing a“sufficient,continuous,stable,and orderly”normal supply of carnallite pool during the low evaporation season,while avoiding the precipitation of bischofite in the brine of the carnallite pool,and preparing the raw ore for the production of potassium fertilizer in next year.
