摘要
我国农田土壤重金属污染问题较为突出,对人体健康具有潜在影响,急需治理。鸡粪堆肥不仅可以提高土壤肥力,增加微生物活性,还能降低重金属的生物有效性,减少其对土壤的污染。本文通过研究鸡粪堆肥对土壤重金属总量和形态的影响,揭示施用鸡粪堆肥后农田土壤中重金属情况,明确鸡粪堆肥施入土壤后的危害。研究结果表明,施用堆肥后土样中的重金属Cu、Zn、Pb分别增加了2.7%、24.1%、0.3%,均未超过国家标准。此外,铁锰氧化物结合态和有机态的Zn、Cu和Pb分别下降了4.18%,10.25%,10.93%和15.30%,23.43%,28.61%;残渣态的Zn、Cu和Pb分别下降18.25%,28.79%,39.02%,施加鸡粪堆肥后,Zn、Cu和Pb生物有效性α值分别由对照的0.84、0.93、0.75降低至0.65、0.64、0.36。综合以上研究可得,从有机结合态转换为残渣态,有利于降低重金属的生态环境风险。
The problem of heavy metal pollution in agricultural soil in China is relatively prominent,which may have potential effects on human health and requires treatment.Chicken manure compost can not only improve soil fertility and increase microbial activity,but also reduce the bioavailability of heavy metals and reduce their pollution to the soil.This study investigated the effects of chicken manure compost on the total content and forms of heavy metals in soil,revealed the situation of heavy metals in agricultural soil after application of chicken manure compost,and clarified the hazards of chicken manure compost applied to soil.The results showed that the heavy metals Cu,Zn,and Pb in the soil samples increased by 2.7%,24.1%,and 0.3% respectively after the application of compost,which did not exceed the national standard.In addition,the combined form of Zn,Cu,and Pb bound by iron and manganese oxides decreased by 4.18%,10.25%,and 10.93% respectively,and the residual form of zinc,copper,and lead decreased by 18.25%,28.79%,and 39.02% respectively.After the application of chicken manure compost,the bioavailability α values of Zn,Cu,and Pb decreased from 0.84,0.93,and 0.75 in the control group to 0.65,0.64,and 0.36,respectively.Based on the above studies,it can be concluded that the conversion from organic bound state to residue state is conducive to reducing the ecological and environmental risk of heavy metals.
