摘要
为保证巷道安全通过断层,以七五煤矿43下采区运输下山过F43运-1断层为研究背景,利用钻探、物探方法进一步准确掌握了F43运-1断层产状要素及43下采区运输下山巷前方富水性情况,并基于理论计算与数值模拟方法,对巷道围岩稳定性及巷道过断层安全性进行了分析评价。结果表明:F43运-1断层落差为21.0 m,43下采区运输下山巷迎头前方100 m范围内岩层富水性整体较弱;43下采区运输下山开挖后,巷道周围一定范围内岩体呈现出一定程度的卸压状态,围岩卸压范围约为巷道宽度,应力集中现象则主要位于巷道迎头处,断层对巷道围岩稳定性影响程度较大,断层的存在导致顶板下沉和底鼓现象明显,巷道围岩破坏深度较正常地层呈增大趋势;43下采区运输下山掘进过程中三灰、奥灰影响下的安全隔水层厚度均明显小于实际隔水层厚度,在做好43下采区运输下山掘进过程中监测、监控、排水及应急措施等前提下,43下采区运输下山可实现正常掘进。
In order to ensure the safe passage of the roadway through the fault,taking the 43lower mining area transportation downhill passing through the F43 Yun-1 fault of Qiwu Coal Mine as the research background,drilling and geophysical exploration methods are used to further accurately grasp the occurrence elements of the F43 Yun-1 fault and the water rich situation in front of the 43lower mining area transportation downhill roadway.Based on theoretical calculation and numerical simulation methods,the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and the safety of the roadway passing through the fault are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the F43 Yun-1 fault has a drop of 21.0 m,and the overall water richness of the rock layer within a range of 100 m in front of the 43lower mining area transportation downhill roadway is relatively weak.After the excavation of the 43lower mining area transportation downhill,the rock mass in a certain range around the roadway shows a certain degree of pressure relief status.The pressure relief range of the surrounding rock is about the width of the roadway,and the stress concentration phenomenon is mainly located at the front end of the roadway.The fault has a relatively significant degree of impact on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.The presence of the fault leads to obvious roof subsidence and heaving floor phenomena,and the failure depth of the roadway surrounding rock shows an increasing trend compared to normal strata.During the excavation process of the 43lower mining area transportation downhill,the thickness of the safe waterproof layer under the influence of three ash and Ordovician ash is significantly smaller than the actual waterproof layer thickness.Under the premise of monitoring,supervisory control,drainage,and emergency measures during the excavation process of the 43lower mining area transportation downhill,normal excavation can be achieved.
