摘要
目的分析在经脐单孔腹腔镜下对输卵管妊娠患者做患侧输卵管切除手术的效果。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2023年10月沭阳县妇幼保健院妇产科收治的64例输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料,根据手术方法不同分为对照组(n=32,传统腹腔镜+患侧输卵管切除)和观察组(n=32,经脐单孔腹腔镜+患侧输卵管切除),比较两组手术情况、术后恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术用时较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组术后首次排气和住院时间均更短、且其术后疼痛评分更低、切口美观度评分越高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的15.63%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.642,P>0.05)。结论相比传统腹腔镜,虽然经脐单孔腹腔镜患侧输卵管切除术治疗输卵管妊娠的手术用时较长,但术后恢复迅速、切口美观、安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of lateral salpingectomy in tubal pregnancy by transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shuyang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were retro⁃spectively selected.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into the control group(n=32,traditional laparoscopy+affected side salpingectomy)and the observation group(n=32,transumbilical single-port laparoscopy+affected side salpingectomy).The operation,postoperative recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the operation time of observation group was longer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the first postoperative exhaust and hos⁃pital stay in the observation group were shorter,the postoperative pain score was lower and the incision aesthetic score was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.25%,lower than that in the control group 15.63%,but the difference was not statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=0.642,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional laparoscopy,although the operation time of the lateral salpingectomy by transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy is longer,the postoperative recovery is rapid,the incision is beautiful,and the safety is high.
