历史是最丰富的营养剂、最生动的教科书。我党在延安时期重视妇女地位作用,把发展妇女教育作为妇女解放的根本途径;服务党的中心任务,坚持坚定正确的政治方向;注重马列主义理论教育,崇尚理论联系实际的学风;因地制宜、分类施教,突出思想政治工作的针对性和有效性;发扬自力更生艰苦奋斗的精神,坚持苦干实干、永久奋斗。这些妇女教育的办学经验和优良传统,对于新时代新征程高等院校特别是女子院校落实立德树人根本任务,加强女大学生思想政治引领,培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人和巾帼英才,具有重要的启示作用和现实意义。
History is the most abundant nutrient and vivid textbook.The Communist Party of China attached great importance to the role of women's status during the Yan'an period and regarded the development of women's education as the fundamental way for women's liberation.Serving the central task of the Party,adhering to a firm and correct political direction,emphasizing the education of Marxist Leninist theory and advocating a learning style of integrating theory with practice,tailoring to local conditions and classifying teaching,highlighting the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work,carrying forward the spirit of self-reliance and hard work,and adhering to hard work and permanent struggle,such educational experience and excellent traditions of women's education institutions have important enlightening and practical significance for higher education institutions,especially women's colleges,to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent,strengthen the ideological and political guidance of female college students,and cultivate new talents and outstanding women who are capable of building a strong country and rejuvenating the nation in the new era.
