双层隔震梁结构关键施工技术

摘要 以北京市城市规划设计研究院新建业务综合楼为载体,针对狭窄环境下核心筒结构隔震支墩、地下结构劲性双层隔震框架梁、超高隔震沟外墙等关键施工部位,合理地进行隔震支座与主体结构的节点深化,优化隔震支座与框架结构的连接工艺措施,调整隔震沟外墙与支护结构的施工工艺,重视韧性结构关键节点的质量与安全,取得了良好的技术经济效益,值得类似项目借鉴。 Taking a new business complex building of Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning&Design as an example,for key construction parts such as isolation supports of core tubes,rigid double-layer isolation frame beams of underground structures and exterior walls of ultra-high isolation ditches in narrow places,the nodes between isolation supports and main structures were reasonably deepened,the process measures for connection of isolation supports and frame structures were optimized,the construction process for the exterior walls and support structures of isolation ditches were adjusted,and importance was attached to the quality and safety of key structural nodes,with good technical and economic benefits.This provides a reference for similar projects.
