摘要
贵州医科大学结合地方医学院校特点,进行实验室安全教育虚拟仿真实验教学资源的自主研发。坚持安全教育、思政育人、实验教学融为一体的安全教育理念,围绕医学生培养目标及实验学科特点,从实验室安全准入教育、学科实验室安全教育、风险管控能力培养、第二课堂“四层次”多措并举开展安全教育活动。通过课前、课中、课后、课外的反复训练,将安全教育理念贯穿、渗透于实验学习活动全过程,建立合理有效的实验室安全教育全程育人方式,真正将“安全第一,预防为主”落实到位,促进实验室安全文化建设,为教学和科研工作的正常运转提供坚实保障。
Based on the characteristics of local medical colleges,Guizhou Medical University has carried out independent research and development of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources for laboratory safety education.They adhere to the principle of integrating safety education,ideological and political education,and experimental teaching.Focusing on the training objectives of medical students and the disciplinary characteristics of experimental courses,teachers carried out safety education activities from four aspects of laboratory safety access education,disciplinary laboratory safety education,risk management and control ability development,and the Second Classroom.The pre-class,in-class,after-class,and extracurricular training activities are repeated so that teachers can penetrate the safety education into the whole process of experimental teaching and establish a feasible and effective way of whole-process education.All these measures help to implement the guideline of “Safety first,prevention priority”,promote the construction of laboratory safety culture,and guarantee the normal operation of teaching and scientific research.
