摘要
试样于500℃马弗炉中灼烧,去除碳、硫等杂质,经盐酸、硝硫混酸、氢氟酸分解溶样,在15%的盐酸介质中,于原子吸收光谱仪波长328.1 nm处使用空气-乙炔火焰测量其吸光度,按标准工作曲线法计算银元素含量。通过试验,溶液中共存杂质离子几乎不干扰测定,3个回转窑渣样品平行测定12次,相对标准偏差小于1%,测得加标回收率在97.35%~100.55%之间,其结果令人满意。本方法简便、快速、准确度高,重现性好,适宜于回转窑渣中银量:10~1000 g/t的测定。
Putting samples into a 500℃muffle furnace for burning,to remove carbon,sulfur,and other impurities,decomposing samples by hydrochloric acid,nitric-sulfuric acids,and hydrofluoric acid,the determination of its absorbance was carried out by air-acetylene flame measurement in 15%hydrochloric acid media,when the wavelength of atomic absorption spectrometer at 328.1nm,then the silver element content can be calculated as per the standard working curve.The co-existing impurities ions in the solution seldom interfere with detection,12 parallel determinations of slag samples from 3 rotary kilns were carried out,the relative standard deviation is less than 1%,the recovery rate with addition of standard matters is in the range of 97.35%~100.55%,the results were satisfactory.The method is simple and rapid,with a high accuracy degree,and good reproducibility,it is proper for the determination of silver content(10~1000 g/t)in a rotary kiln.
