摘要
结直肠癌(CRC)在全球的发病率逐年上升,是全球最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。CD8^(+)T细胞是CRC肿瘤免疫中的主要效应细胞,也是免疫治疗主要靶细胞,对CRC患者的治疗和预后具有重要影响。但由于肿瘤微环境中各种细胞、细胞因子、代谢产物的抑制作用,CD8^(+)T细胞常常处于功能失活状态。因此,了解CD8^(+)T细胞与CRC肿瘤微环境中的相互作用对研发更加有效的治疗策略十分必要。文章就此领域的研究进展做一综述。
The incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)is steadily increasing worldwide and has now emerged as the most prevalent gastrointestinal malignancy globally.CD8^(+)T cells play a pivotal role in tumor immunity against CRC and serve as the primary target for immunotherapy,thereby exerting a significant impact on treatment outcomes and patient prognosis.However,due to the inhibitory effects imposed by various cellular components,cytokines,and metabolites within the tumor microenvironment,CD8^(+)T cells often experience functional inactivation.Therefore,comprehending the intricate interactions between CD8^(+)T cells and the colorectal tumor microenvironment is imperative for devising more efficacious therapeutic strategies.This review paper provides an overview of recent advancements in this field.
