摘要
目的分析银芍六君汤结合推拿治疗儿童脾虚厌食症的效果。方法90例脾虚厌食症患儿,使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组应用银芍六君汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合推拿治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、微量元素与血红蛋白水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的总有效率95.56%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,观察组患儿的钙、锌、血红蛋白水平分别为(37.56±5.23)mg/L、(3.65±0.50)mg/L、(120.65±12.56)g/L,均高于对照组的(32.05±4.89)mg/L、(2.82±0.53)mg/L、(108.65±11.46)g/L(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较,结果未见差异性(P>0.05)。结论银芍六君汤结合推拿治疗儿童脾虚厌食症效果确切,能够有效改善患儿的微量元素与血红蛋白水平,安全性佳,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of Yinshao Liujun Tang combined with massage in treating children with spleen deficiency type of anorexia.Methods 90 children with spleen deficiency type of anorexia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to random numerical table,each with 45 cases.The control group was treated with Yinshao Liujun Tang,while the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,trace element and hemoglobin levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of 95.56%than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).2 months after treatment,the levels of calcium,zinc and hemoglobin in the observation group were(37.56±5.23)mg/L,(3.65±0.50)mg/L and(120.65±12.56)g/L,which were higher than(32.05±4.89)mg/L,(2.82±0.53)mg/L and(108.65±11.46)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yinshao Liujun Tang and massage has a definite effect on the treatment of children with spleen deficiency type of anorexia,which can effectively improve the trace elements and hemoglobin in children with good safety.It has clinical promotion value.
