摘要 随着航空产品对操控效果与速度的不懈追求,航空产品的设计和制造对产品外形总体容差与零部件配合容差的要求也更加严苛。数字化测量技术作为一项重要航空技术得到深入发展。基于此,本文介绍数字化测量的基本概念,深入探讨其在零件制造、装配和质量控制等方面的应用思路与策略,分析数字化测量技术在航空制造中的趋势与未来挑战,以期为推动航空制造技术创新提供借鉴。 With the relentless pursuit of maneuverability and speed of aviation products,the design and manufacturing of aviation products have more stringent requirements for the overall tolerance of product shape and the tolerance of parts.As an important technology of current aviation manufacturing technology,digital measurement technology has also been deeply developed.This paper introduces the basic concept of digital measurement,discusses its application ideas and strategies in parts manufacturing,assembly and quality control,and analyzes the trend and future challenges of digital measurement technology in aviation manufacturing,in order to provide reference for promoting the innovation of aviation manufacturing technology.
