摘要
对于主要生产感光彩色相纸,配套了含银废水处理(设计处理能力750 t/d)和不含银综合废水处理(设计处理能力1750 t/d)两套系统。本文通过介绍废水工艺处理流程、强化运行调控、优化工艺及分析实验等举措,减少了运行人员的操作压力,提高了系统稳定性,减少了运行费用支出。
A certain factory mainly produces photosensitive color photo paper,which is equipped with two sets of systems:silver containing wastewater treatment(designed treatment capacity of 750 t/d)and silver free comprehensive wastewater treatment(designed treatment capacity of 1750 t/d).This article introduces the wastewater treatment process,which strengthens operational control,optimizes processes,and analyzes experiments to reduce operational pressure on operators,improve system stability,and reduce operating expenses.
