摘要
笔者运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析了黄河流域民族传统体育文化与旅游深度融合的价值及现实困境,提出了高质量发展路径。研究认为:黄河流域民族传统体育文化与旅游深度融合的价值,能够顺应国家发展战略,助力沿黄城市发展;增进沿黄民族团结,弘扬优秀传统文化;加速业态融合创新,促进消费转型升级;整合黄河流域资源,保护区域生态环境。黄河流域民族传统体育与旅游深度融合的现实困境表现为融合制度不够完善,市场资本投入低;融合生存环境欠佳,基础设施较落后;融合资源挖掘不足,产品呈现同质化;融合场景缺乏创意,区域协同发展不力。黄河流域民族传统体育与旅游的高质量发展的路径包括完善政策制度,吸引市场资本投入;优化生存环境,完善公共基础设施;深度整合资源,创新融合产品内容;丰富应用场景,构建全域产业生态。
Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the value and practical difficulties of the deep integration of national traditional sports culture and tourism in the Yellow River Basin,and puts forward the high-quality development paths.The integration value can:conform to the national development strategy,and help the development of cities along the Yellow River;enhance the unity of the ethnic groups along the Yellow River,and promote excellent traditional culture;accelerate the integration and innovation of business forms,and promote the transformation and upgrading of consumption;and integrate the resources of the Yellow River Basin and protect the regional ecological environment.The realistic dilemm as of the integration lie in imperfect integration system,and low capital investment in the market;bad integration living environment,and relatively backward infrastructure;insufficient exploration of integration resources and homogenization of products;lack creativity in the integration scenes,and weak regional coordinated development.Therefore,the proposed high-quality development paths are to improve the policy system to attract market capital investment;optimize the living environment and improve public infrastructure;deeply integrate resources,and innovate and integrate product content;and enrich application scenarios and build a global industrial ecology.
