摘要
针对某煤化工酸水回流系统设备及管线腐蚀泄漏频发的问题,通过对回流系统设备腐蚀形貌、产物及工艺介质进行检测分析,并结合实际工艺过程,探究了酸水汽提装置回流系统诱发腐蚀的根本原因。结果表明:酸水汽提装置的腐蚀主要源自于硫化物和氰化物构建的电化学腐蚀循环作用,其中氰根离子的强络合作用进一步加剧了回流系统设备的腐蚀失效。基于以上成因,提出了相应的防护建议。
In recent years,corrosion and leakage of acid water reflux system equipment and pipeline in a coal chemical enterprise occurred frequently,which seriously endangered the production safety.Through the detection and analysis of the corrosion morphology,products and process media of the reflux system equipment,and combined with the actual production process,the root cause of corrosion failure in the reflux system of acid water stripping unit was explored.The results showed that the corrosion of acid water stripping unit mainly resulted from the electrochemical corrosion cycle constructed by sulfide and cyanide,in which the strong complexation of cyanide further aggravated the corrosion failure of reflux system equipment.Based on the above causes,the corresponding protection suggestions were put forward.
