摘要
针对转炉水冷烟道开裂漏水问题,开展了化学成分、金相组织、扫描电镜显微镜(SEM+EDS)等检验分析。结果表明:水冷烟道管在服役过程中,经过反复高温和冷却,组织由铁素体+珠光体转变为马氏体,受外力作用时更易在该位置发生开裂,同时烟道管内流经的冷却水腐蚀管壁内表面,形成的腐蚀产物又受其冲刷而脱落,如此循环往复,烟道管壁不断减薄,在这两种因素的共同作用下,管壁产生了由内向外的开裂继而产生漏水。
Chemical composition,metallographic structure,scanning electron microscope(SEM+EDS)were analyzed to solve the problem of water leakage in the water-cooled flue of converter.The results show that the structure of the water-cooled flue pipe changes from ferrite+pearlite to martensite after repeated high temperature and cooling during service,and cracks are more likely to occur at this position under external force.At the same time,the cooling water flowing through the flue tube corrodes the inner surface of the pipe wall,and the corrosion products formed are washed off by it.Under the combined action of these two factors,the pipe wall cracks from the inside out,and then produces water leakage.During maintenance,the thermal stress produced by alternating hot and cold is also an important factor causing pipe wall cracking.
