摘要
呼吸机在患者的抢救、治疗中扮演重要角色,其运行需要压缩空气。我院于2016年监护室新增两台压缩空气泵站集中为呼吸机提供压缩空气。工程师在一次巡检中发现呼吸机压缩空气进气过滤器内含水量异常。通过一系列的排查和实验逐步排除变量,通过对泵站内部结构、主要部件功能和原理逐一分析,推断出故障部件为冷干机。恰逢一台泵站故障,更换的同时为另一台泵站出口增加了独立的冷干机。运行后经测试验证推断,最后通过对报废泵站残体的破坏性拆解找到了管路进水的原因。
Ventilator plays an important role in the rescue and treatment of patients,and its operation requires compressed air.In 2016,two new compressed air pump stations were added to the ICU to provide compressed air for ventilators.The engineer found abnormal water content in the compressed air intake filter of the ventilator during an inspection.Through a series of investigations and experiments,variables were gradually eliminated.By analyzing the internal structure,main component functions,and principles of the pump station one by one,it was inferred that the faulty component was the refrigerated dryer.Coincidentally,a pump station malfunctioned and an independent refrigerated dryer was added to the outlet of another pump station during replacement.After running,it was verified and inferred through testing.Finally,the cause of water ingress in the pipeline was identified through destructive disassembly of the scrapped pump station residue.
