摘要
目的调查综合医院精神心理科门诊首次就诊青少年患者的心理健康状况。方法收集2021年8月至11月于医院心理科门诊首次就诊并完成中学生心理健康量表的青少年患者155例,提取其病历资料及量表评分,分析其心理健康状况。并与国内青少年常模比较及进行不同性别青少年患者间的比较。结果心理健康问题检出率为91%,其中平均得分排前3的因子为焦虑、抑郁、情绪不稳定。其中学生心理健康量表各因子均分显著高于国内青少年常模(t=10.410~23.749,P<0.001)。女性偏执、抑郁、焦虑、情绪不稳定得分及总均分均显著高于男性(P<0.05)。结论该院精神心理科门诊初次就诊的青少年患者心理健康问题普遍严重,且女性患者相对更严重。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of adolescent patients who first visit the psychiatry and psychology outpatient department of the comprehensive hospital.Methods A total of 155 adolescent patients who visited the hospital's psychology department for the first time from August to November 2021 and completed the mental health scale for middle school students were collected.The medical records and scale scores were extracted and their mental health status were analyzed,which were compared with domestic adolescent norms and adolescent patients between different genders were compared.Results The detection rate of mental health problems was 91%,with anxiety,depression,and emotional imbalance ranking among the top three factors in average scores.The average scores of each factor in the student mental health scale were significantly higher than the domestic adolescent norms(t=10.410-23.749,P<0.001).The scores of paranoia,depression,anxiety,and emotional imbalance in women were significantly higher than those in men(P<0.05).Conclusion Adolescent patients who first visit the psychiatry and psychology outpatient department of the hospital generally have severe mental health problems,and female patients are more severer.
