摘要
目的了解护理人员职业安全与防护知、信、行现状及其影响因素,为护理人员职业安全与防护的研究提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,抽取2022年7月—2023年12月在齐齐哈尔市7家医院(二级甲等以上综合医院)工作的542名女性护理人员进行线上问卷调查,收集研究对象的一般资料、职业安全与防护知识水平、个人态度及实际操作等。结果不同工作年限及学历间职业安全与防护的知识水平、个人态度以及实际操作行为的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知识掌握、个人态度及学历与护理人员职业安全与防护实际操作行为之间存在线性回归关系(P<0.05)。结论护理人员职业安全与防护实际操作行为受相关知识掌握、个人态度、学历等因素影响。应对护理人员定期开展职业安全与防护相关培训和考核,较少职业暴露风险,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To understand the current status of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)on occupational safety and protection among nursing staff and its influencing factors,and to provide basis for the study on occupational safety and protection for nursing staff.Methods A multistage sampling method was adopted in the study,and an online questionnaire survey was conducted among 542 nurses from 7 hospitals(level 2 or above)in Qiqihar City.The general information,knowledge of occupational safety and protection,personal attitudes and practices of the subjects were collected.Results The differences in knowledge level,personal attitude,and actual operational behavior of occupational safety and protection among nurse stuff having worked for different years and educational backgrounds were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a linear regression relationship between knowledge mastery,personal attitude,and educational background and the actual operational behavior of occupational safety and protection among nursing staff(P<0.05).Conclusions The actual operational behavior in occupational safety and protection among nursing staff is influenced by factors such as their mastery of relevant knowledge,personal attitude,and educational background.Regular training and assessment on occupational safety and protection should be conducted for nursing staff to reduce occupational exposure risks and improve the quality of nursing services.
