摘要
儿童生长迟缓是目前全球急需关注的问题,早期诊断对于患者的预后具有至关重要的作用。但由于其评价手段受限,在临床诊断中存在一定困难。磁共振成像具有较高的软组织分辨力及无电离辐射的优点,已成为肌骨系统中较为常见的检查方法。随着多种磁共振成像检查技术的发展,多模态磁共振成像能提供较为丰富的解剖学及功能学信息,其对于儿童身高的预测已有一定的研究。随着检查技术的优化以及相关研究的完善,未来多模态磁共振成像将会为预测儿童身高提供更有力的支持。
Growth retardation in children is a problem that needs urgent attention worldwide,and early diagnosis plays a crucial role in the prognosis of the patients.However,there are certain difficulties in clinical diagnosis due to its limited evaluation means.Magnetic resonance imaging,with the advantages of high soft tissue resolution and no ionizing radiation,has become a more common examination method in the musculoskeletal system.With the development of various magnetic resonance imaging techniques,multimodal magnetic resonance imaging can provide rich anatomical and functional information,and its prediction of children′s height has been studied to some extent.With the optimization of the examination technology and the improvement of related research,multimodal magnetic resonance imaging will provide stronger support for predicting children′s height in the future.
