摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)是我国成年人致死和致残的主要原因之一,其发病率呈持续增长。一站式CT可提供脑实质改变、侧支循环、组织灌注等多方面的信息,对AIS患者的疗效和预后评估有重要价值。此外,基于图像数据的人工智能算法作为新兴技术应用于临床,有助于分析AIS患者影像资料中蕴含的高维度数据信息,开拓AIS患者预后预测的新思路,可进一步提高疗效预测和预后评估的精确性,进而推动AIS患者的个体化治疗和预后管理,提高患者的生存率和生活质量。
Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is one of the main causes of death and disability in adults in China,and its incidence continues to increase.One-stop CT can provide valuable information on brain parenchymal changes,collateral circulation,tissue perfusion,and other aspects,which is of great value for the efficacy and prognosis evaluation of AIS patients.In addition,the application of artificial intelligence algorithms based on image data in clinical practice can help analyze the high-dimensional data information contained in AIS patient imaging data,explore new ideas for predicting the prognosis of AIS patients,further improve the accuracy of efficacy prediction and prognosis evaluation,and promote individualized treatment and prognosis management of AIS patients,thereby improving their survival rate and quality of life.
