酸轧产线拉矫机工作原理及常见问题解析

摘要 拉矫机自动控制类型有两种,一种是张力控制,一种是延伸率控制。一般现场多采用延伸率控制,通过拉矫机前后张力辊速差,达到设定延伸率,使得带钢在拉矫机2组弯曲单元及1组矫直单元的作用下充分拉矫破鳞,从而获得良好的酸洗效果。重点对拉矫机工作原理、内部两弯一矫单元结构、延伸率控制及前后张力辊转矩控制、常见问题及控制方法等方面进行阐述,以提高对于拉矫机系统的认识。 There are two types of automatic control for straightening machines,one is tension control and the other is elongation control.Generally,elongation control is commonly used on site,which achieves the set elongation through the speed difference between the tension rollers before and after the straightening machine,so that the strip steel can be fully stretched,straightened,and broken under the action of two sets of bending units and one set of straightening units of the straightening machine,thereby achieving a good pickling effect.Emphasis will be placed on explaining the working principle of the straightening machine,the internal structure of the two bending and one straightening unit,elongation control,front and rear tension roller torque control,common problems,and controls,in order to enhance our understanding of the straightening machine system.
