湘钢120 t转炉终渣黏度控制实践

摘要 在低FeO、低温出钢条件下,湘钢120 t转炉终渣化不透,针对此情况,通过对当前条件下终渣MgO饱和溶解度进行计算,尝试降低渣中MgO含量,采取减少物料加入量、适当提高出钢温度、调整加料方式和氧枪枪位等控制措施,不仅促进钢渣分离,降低了钢铁料消耗,而且使磷内控合格率有所提升,达到了提升溅渣护炉效果、稳定炉况的目的。 Under low FeO and low temperature steelmaking conditions,the final slag of Xianggang 120 t converter is not fully penetrated.In response to this situation,the saturation solubility of MgO in the final slag under current conditions is calculated,and the MgO content in the slag is attempted to be reduced.Control measures such as reducing material addition,appropriately increasing steelmaking temperature,adjusting feeding method,and oxygen gun position are taken to not only promote steel slag separation,reduce steel material consumption,but also increase the qualified rate of phosphorus internal control,achieving the goal of improving slag splashing protection effect and stabilizing furnace conditions.
