减缓高压水除鳞水击效应的综合分析

摘要 为有效减缓高压水除磷操作中由于水击作用对系统造成冲击的问题,在对高压水除磷系统简单概述的基础上,开展了蓄能器在高压水除磷系统的应用研究,重点对蓄能器安装在支管、干管上两种情况下对应管道的压力进行对比;同时,对比研究了蓄能器安装在支管一侧和支管对称位置对应的管道压力。研究成果可为实际生产中蓄能器的安装提供指导。 In order to effectively alleviate the impact of water hammer on the high-pressure water phosphorus removal operation,based on a brief overview of the high-pressure water phosphorus removal system,the application research of energy storage devices in the high-pressure water phosphorus removal system was carried out,with a focus on comparing the pressure of the corresponding pipeline when the energy storage device is installed on the branch pipe and the main pipe.At the same time,a comparative study was conducted on the pipeline pressure corresponding to the installation of the accumulator on one side of the branch pipe and the symmetrical position of the branch pipe.The research results can guide the installation of energy accumulators in actual production.
