摘要
在钢铁行业废气处理过程中,二噁英及相关污染物的生成会造成重大环境风险,并对人类健康构成潜在威胁。为有效抑制这些污染物的产生,研究采取了原料预处理、使用各种抑制剂、控制燃烧温度等措施,实验通过变量控制的方法,重点评估了Ca(OH)_(2)作为抑制剂的效果。实验结果表明:随着Ca(OH)_(2)添加量从1%至5%,尾气中氯的减排率从46.67%增加到74.98%,证实了Ca(OH)_(2)作为降低废气中氯含量的有效策略,进而减少环境污染。
In the process of waste gas treatment in the steel industry,the generation of dioxins and related pollutants can cause significant environmental risks and pose a potential threat to human health.In order to effectively inhibit the production of these pollutants,a series of measures have been taken,including pretreatment of raw materials,use of various inhibitors and control of combustion temperature.The effect of Ca(OH)_(2) as an inhibitor was evaluated by variable control method.The experimental results show that with the increase of Ca(OH)_(2) addition from 1%to 5%,the emission reduction rate of chlorine in tail gas increased significantly from 46.67%to 74.98%.This study confirms that Ca(OH)_(2) is an effective strategy to reduce the chlorine content in waste gas,thus reducing environmental pollution.
