摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的实施,中国深度参与国际工程项目建设。光伏发电项目在全球可再生能源领域中扮演着重要角色。在光伏发电项目的投资估算阶段,为了快速甄别项目的经济可行性,合理进行EPC成本估算,笔者根据海外光伏发电项目特点,基于已有项目成本数据的分析,提出采用成本模块化分解组合的估算方法。通过实际项目案例进行验证,可较为准确测算出合理的EPC价格水平,对项目投资前期EPC成本估算有一定的借鉴意义。
With the implementation of The Belt and Road Initiative,China is deeply involved in the construction of intermational engineering projects.Photovoltaic power generation projects play an important role in the field of global renewable energy.In the investment estimation stage of photovoltaic power generation projects,in order to quickly identify the economic feasibility of the project and reasonably estimate the EPC cost,according to the characteristics of overseas photovoltaic power generation projects,based on the analysis of existing project cost data,the author proposes an estimation method using cost modular decomposition combination.Through the verification of actual project cases,a reasonable EPC price level can be accurately measured,which has certain reference signifcance for EPC cost estimation in the early stage of project investment.
