摘要
[目的/意义]探究人工智能生成内容(AIGC)引发的信息交互模式变化及其对图书馆服务的影响,对未来服务创新和用户体验优化具有重要价值。[方法/过程]首先,分析AIGC在内容生产、信息获取和人机交互方面带来的变化及对用户体验的影响;然后,通过探讨用户在认知适应、短期使用、长期发展这三个技术接受阶段的心理演变,来理解用户对技术变革的适应过程。最后,针对图书馆服务,提出适应AIGC时代的策略和优化方法。[结果/结论]从适应新的模式来看,图书馆需重视数据价值,促进生态融合,打造便捷高效的信息环境;同时,简化复杂界面,重构用户体验,提供直观易用的服务。从回应用户心理变化来看,图书馆应发挥专业指导作用,建设专题资源导航以助力用户适应过程,并推动馆员与用户协同发展以增强技术应用能力,更要从服务设计出发,重塑阅读服务模式,促进知识交流和创新。
[Purpose/significance]Exploring how AIGC technology drives changes in information interaction and its implications for library services is crucial for future service innovation and enhancing user experiences.[Method/process]This study starts by examining the impacts of AIGC on content creation,information acquisition,and human-computer interaction,as well as its effects on user experiences.It then investigates users’psychological adaptation across three stages of technology acceptance:cognitive adaptation,short-term usage,and long-term development,to understand their response to these technological changes.Finally,a set of optimization strategies and methods tailored for library services in the AIGC era are proposed.[Result/conclusion]To adapt to this new landscape,libraries are advised to prioritize data value,promote ecological integration,and establish convenient and efficient information environments.Additionally,recommendations include simplifying interfaces,redesigning user experiences,and providing intuitive services.Addressing changes in user psychology,libraries should offer professional guidance,develop specialized resource navigations to support user adaptation,and foster collaborative growth between librarians and users to enhance technological skills.Furthermore,starting from service design,it is crucial to reshape reading service models and promote knowledge exchange and innovation.
