乳酸钙复合相变蓄冷材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 为满足葡萄微冻贮藏保鲜温度的要求,研制了一种以乳酸钙水溶液为主储能剂,氯化铵水溶液为降温剂,高吸水树脂为增稠剂的复合相变蓄冷材料,测试蓄冷材料的相变温度、相变潜热、腐蚀性、导热性和稳定性。结果表明:当乳酸钙质量分数为1%,氯化铵质量分数为1%,高吸水树脂质量分数为2.2%时,复合相变蓄冷材料Onset温度为-4.45℃,相变潜热为300.8 J/g,导热系数为4.671 W/(m.K)。铜和铁在相变蓄冷材料中基本无腐蚀,复合相变蓄冷材料经过50次冻融循环后,性能稳定。 In order to meet the requirements of grape micro frozen storage and preservation temperature,a composite phase change cold storage material with calcium lactate aqueous solution as the main energy storage agent,ammonium chloride aqueous solution as the cooling agent,and high water-absorbent resin as the thickening agent was developed,and the phase change temperature,latent heat of the phase change,corrosion,thermal conductivity,and stability of the cold storage material were tested.The results show that when the mass fraction of calcium lactate is 1%,the mass fraction of ammonium chloride is 1% and the mass fraction of high water-absorbent resin is 2.2%,Composite phase change cold storage material Onset temperature is -4.45℃,the latent heat of the phase change is 300.8 J/g and the thermal conductivity is 4.671 W/(m.K).Brass and iron are basically non-corrosive in the phase change cold storage material,and the performance of the composite phase change cold storage material is stable after 50 freeze-thaw cycles.
