摘要
广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)系统的监视性能评估对于保障民航飞行安全具有重要意义。首先参考欧洲航行安全组织技术规范,提出了ADS-B监视性能指标及其统计方法,然后以此为基础设计构建了ADS-B监视性能评估系统,最后利用中国民航大学ADS-B地面站采集的监视数据,统计得到了天津机场周边高空航路16个监视性能指标。研究表明:ADS-B地面站有效覆盖半径为170 km,在地面站有效覆盖范围内,所评估的16个性能指标均满足技术规范对高空航路的监视性能要求。
The assessment of surveillance performance of the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B) system is of significant importance for ensuring civil aviation flight safety.Firstly,by referencing the technical specifications of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation,ADS-B surveillance performance indicators and their statistical methods were proposed.Secondly,based on these,an ADS-B surveillance performance assessment system was designed and constructed.Finally,using surveillance data collected from the ADS-B ground station at the Civil Aviation University of China,16 surveillance performance indicators for the high-altitude air routes surrounding Tianjin Airport have been statistically derived by the study.The study shows that the effective coverage radius of ADS-B ground stations is 170 km,and within the coverage area,the evaluated 16performance indicators all meet the technical specifications for surveillance performance of high-altitude airways.
