摘要
本文结合海上风电建设的总体规划方针,联系海上风力发电的生产特征,探讨信息技术在海上风电项目安全管理中生产监控、报警预警、生产动态控制、调度运行等方面的作用,通过电子围栏、数字化标签、芯片安全帽、数字网格系统、门禁系统、无人值守系统等应用方式,做到对已有数据资源的综合利用,实现提前预警,促进海上风电资源更加安全、高效率地开发利用。
In this paper,combined with the overall planning policy of the construction of offshore wind power,contact the production characteristics of offshore wind power,discusses the information technology in offshore wind power project safety management of production monitoring,alarm warning,dynamic control,scheduling operation,etc,through electronic fence,digital label,chip safety helmet,digital grid system,entrance guard system,unattended system application way,can do the comprehensive utilization of existing data resources,realize the early warning,promote the development and utilization of offshore wind resources get more safe and efficient.
