摘要
目前,铀矿开采以地浸砂岩型矿山为主。铀矿勘查主要以盆地找矿为方向,以机械式钻探设备为主力。盆地沉积岩地层属于复杂地层,绳索取心工艺施工难度大,经济效率指标与普钻工艺对比无明显技术优势,造成钻探装备一直沿用传统立轴式设备,急需结合石油装备技术与铀矿地质勘查钻探的实际需求,研制一套应用于铀矿勘查的钻探装备。
At present,uranium mining is dominated by ground leached sandstone mines.Uranium exploration mainly takes basin prospecting as the direction and mechanical drilling equipment as the main force.The sedimentary rock stratum in the basin is a complex stratum,the construction of the rope coring process is dfficult,and the economic efficiency index has no obvious technical advantages compared with the general drilling process,so the drilling equipment has been using the traditional vertical shaft equipment,and it is urgent to combine the petroleum equipment technology and the actual demand of uranium geological exploration and drilling,to develop a set of drlling equipment applied to uranium exploration.
