摘要
中国共产党百余年来始终重视以历史主动精神推动人才培养工作,在识别和顺应历史大势中更新“培养什么人”的理念,在着眼问题和投身实践中找到“如何培养人”的方法,在挺膺担当和探索真理中回答“为谁培养人”的问题。新时代好青年历史主动精神的核心要义在于青年立足新时代,以唯物史观为指导,保持高度清醒的历史自觉、明确坚定的主体意识和勇于探索的实践能力。以历史主动精神涵育新时代好青年,需要强化理论武装,引导青年树立历史思维;坚定主体自信,引导青年融入历史发展;激励实践锻炼,引导青年把握历史经验。
For more than one hundred years,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to promoting talent cultivation with the historical initiative spirit,updating the concept of“what kind of people to cultivate”in the process of identifying and adapting to the historical trend,looking for the method of“how to cultivate people”in the process of focusing on the problems and engaging in practice,and answering the question of“for whom to cultivate people”in the process of assuming the responsibilities and exploring the truth.The core essence of the historical initiative spirit of good young people in the new era is that young people should set their footholds in the new era and be guided by historical materialism,have a high degree of sober historical consciousness,a clear and firm sense of subjectivity and the practical ability to explore.In order to cultivate good young people in the new era with the historical initiative spirit,it is necessary to improve theoretical guidance and lead young pople to establish historical thinking,cultivate their self-confidence in their role as subjects and lead them to integrate themselves into historical development,promote practical training and lead them to grasp historical experience.
