摘要
人类科技正进入大模型阶段,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能应用的出现与流行,为图书馆服务创新提供了借鉴经验及发展思路,生成式人工智能赋能下的AIGC虚拟数字人也将开启图书馆用户服务的新窗口。文章对虚拟数字人的概念、类型、发展历程及技术路径进行归纳,分析了生成式人工智能对虚拟数字人的赋能及两者结合对图书馆行业的影响,并从技术推广、组织管理以及用户使用等三个方面初探了图书馆应用AIGC虚拟数字人可能面临的挑战。
Human technology is entering the era of large models,and the emergence and popularity of generative artificial intelligence applications,represented by ChatGPT,provide reference experiences and developmental thoughts for library service innovation.The AIGC virtual digital humans,empowered by generative artificial intelligence,will also open a new window for library user services.This article summarizes the concept,types,developmental history,and technical paths of virtual digital humans,analyzes the empowerment of virtual digital humans by generative artificial intelligence and the combined impact of both on the library industry.Furthermore,it explores the challenges that might be faced by the library industry in applying AIGC virtual digital humans,focusing on three aspects:technological promotion,organizational management,and user usage.
