摘要
产教融合在医药院校实践教学中意义凸显,创新实践教学模式对服务地方产业经济发展、促进医药人才高质量培养有着举足轻重的作用。文章对现行实践教学模式的现状进行深度剖析,并在此基础上构建基于产教融合的实践教学创新模式,进一步提出“2+1”创新模式下的产教融合实践教学实施保障。以实训课程企业资源计划(ERP)综合实训为试点,对比沙盘模拟系统生成的小组经营业绩数据,结果显示产教融合实践教学创新模式实施后教学成效有显著提升。
The integration of industry and education is of great significance in the practice teaching of medical colleges.The innova⁃tive practice teaching mode plays an important role in serving the development of local industrial economy and promoting the highquality training of medical talents.This paper analyzed the present situation of the current practice teaching mode,constructed the practice teaching innovation mode based on the integration of industry and education,and further proposed the implementation guaran⁃tee of the practice teaching under the“2+1”innovation mode.Taking the training course ERP comprehensive training as a pilot,it showed that the teaching effect has been significantly improved after the implementation of the innovative mode of production educa⁃tion integration practice teaching.
