摘要
参与传统体育健身组织对退休人员社会融入状况和社会融入感受的影响机制值得深入探讨。通过分析山东省烟台市544位退休人员的调查数据发现:参加传统体育健身组织能够提高退休人员的制度性融入状况,包括对公共服务的满意度和对社会制度的信任水平;参加传统体育健身组织也能促进退休人员的非制度性融入状况,包括与家人、朋友和邻居的交往频率以及对社会关系的信任水平;同时,制度性融入状况和非制度性融入状况都会对退休人员的社会融入感受产生显著的积极影响。研究认为,大力发展并积极推动退休人员参与传统体育健身组织,能够提高其制度满意度和制度信任度,增强其关系网络和关系信任度,最终实现社会融入感的提升。
The influence mechanism of participating in traditional sports associations on the degree of social inclusion and the sense of social inclusion of retirees is worthy of in-depth discussion.Through analyzing the survey data of 544 urban retirees in Yantai,Shandong Province,it is found that participating in traditional sports associations can improve the institutional inclusion of retirees,such as improving the satisfaction level to public services and the trust level to social systems;Participating in traditional sports associations can also promote the non-institutional inclusion of retirees,such as increasing the frequency of communication with family,friends and neighbors and improving the level of trust in social relations;Both institutional and non-institutional social inclusion will have a significant positive impact on the sense of social inclusion of retirees.This study believes that vigorously developing and actively promoting the participation of retirees in traditional sports associations can improve their system satisfaction and system trust,strengthen their social communication network and relationship trust,and ultimately promote their sense of social inclusion.
