摘要
本文探究了某灌区泵站工程中基坑井点降水方案的设计要点。在确定基坑总涌水量的基础上,分别求得井点管的长度、直径、数量以及抽水总管直径等参数;根据水泵扬程和流量计算结果,选择175QJ80-33-11型潜水泵,该泵的设计流量为80 m3/h,额定扬程35 m,可满足本工程中基坑井点降水的要求;采用胶管链接法将井点管与抽水总管连接起来,采用基于双向闸刀的双电源供电,保证了井点降水系统的可靠运行。通过设计基坑井点降水方案,为后续灌区泵站工程中降水井的开挖与井点抽水系统的安装提供了参考。
This article explores the design points of foundation pit well point dewatering scheme in a pumping station project in a certain irrigation area.On the basis of determining the total inflow of the foundation pit,parameters such as the length,diameter,quantity of well point pipes,and the diameter of the pumping main pipe are obtained separately;Based on the calculation results of the pump head and flow rate,the 175QJ80-33-11 submersible pump is selected.The design flow rate of this pump is 80 m3/h,and the rated head is 35 m,which can meet the requirements for dewatering of foundation pit wells in this project;The well point pipe is connected to the pumping main pipe using a rubber hose connection method,and a dual power supply based on a bidirectional knife switch is used to ensure the reliable operation of the well point dewatering system.The design of a foundation pit well point dewatering plan provides a reference for the excavation of dewatering wells and the installation of well point pumping systems in subsequent irrigation pumping station projects.
