高层管理者认知、开放式创新与企业数字化转型——基于高新技术企业的实证研究

摘要 随着数字技术的发展,数字化转型为企业创新和建立竞争优势创造了新的机会。企业是否进行数字化转型及转型程度取决于管理者认知。相较于传统的封闭式创新,开放式创新通过与外部组织合作为管理者提供更多样、更广泛的信息,在一定程度上影响管理者的认知模型。通过对2015-2021年104家高新技术上市公司进行实证分析,探究管理者认知对企业数字化转型程度的影响,及开放式创新广度对管理者认知与数字化转型程度关系的调节作用。结论显示:高管理者认知柔性与认知复杂性促进企业进行更深程度的数字化转型。企业开放式创新广度显著促进了管理者认知柔性、认知复杂性对数字化转型程度的正向影响。根据研究结论,对管理者如何更好的应用数字技术提供决策和业务支持及保障企业顺利进行数字化转型提出了相关的建议。 With the development of digital technology,digital transformation provides new opportunities for enterprises to innovate and establish competitive advantages.Digital transformation and the degree of transformation depend on the managerial cognition.Compared with the traditional closed innovation,open innovation provides managers with more diverse and broader information through cooperation with external organizations,which promotes managerial cognition to a certain extent.Through the empirical analysis of 104 high-tech listed companies from 2015 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of managerial cognition on the degree of digital transformation of enterprises,and the moderating effect of open innovation breadth on managerial cognition and digital transformation.The conclusion shows that managers with high cognitive flexibil⁃ity and cognitive complexity promote enterprises to carry out deeper digital transformation.Open innovation breadth of enter⁃prises significantly promotes the positive impact of cognitive flexibility and cognitive complexity on the degree of digital transformation.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how managers can better apply digital technology to provide decision-making and business support and ensure the smooth digital transformation of enterprises.
