摘要
食品添加剂在现代食品工业中具有重要作用,能够改善食品的色香味、延长保质期、提高加工工艺等。但是,食品添加剂的不当使用也可能引发食品安全问题。本文在阐述食品添加剂的定义、分类及功能的基础上,分析食品添加剂在烹饪过程中的使用现状,探讨不当使用食品添加剂可能引发的安全风险,最后提出相关建议,希望能够为烹饪过程中食品添加剂安全使用提供一些借鉴和参考。
Food additives play an important role in the modern food industry,which can improve the color and fragrance of food,extend the shelf life,and improve the processing technology.However,the improper use of food additives may also cause food safety problems.Based on the elaboration of the definition,classification and function of food additives,this paper analyzes the use status of food additives in the cooking process,discusses the possible safety risks caused by improper use,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the safe use of food additives during the cooking process.
