摘要
提出对基于人工免疫算法的卧式螺旋离心机变频调速控制方法的设计与验证分析,根据当前的测定控制需求及标准,先进行离心机变频调速控制指标设置,采用多阶方式,提升离心机变频调速控制效率,设计多阶自适应调速控制矩阵,以此为基础,构建人工免疫测算离心机变频调速控制模型,采用协调矢量控制实现调速控制处理。测试结果表明,对比于传统卧式螺旋离心机变频调速控制测试组、传统FMEA的上悬式离心机变频调速控制测试组,此次所设计的人工免疫算法卧式螺旋离心机变频调速控制测试组最终得出的变频调速控制误差率被较好地控制在20%以下,说明在人工免疫算法的辅助下,当前的离心机变频调速控制方法应用效果更佳,针对性较强,具有实际的应用价值。
The design and validation analysis of the horizontal spiral centrifuge frequency control method based on artificial immunity algorithm is proposed.According to the current measurement and control requirements and standards,the centrifuge frequency control indexes are set first,and the multi-order method is adopted to improve the efficiency of the centrifuge frequency control,and the multi-order adaptive speed control matrix is designed,and based on which,the artificial immunity measurement centrifuge frequency control model is constructed,and the coordinated vector control is adopted to realize the speed control processing.model,using coordinated vector control to achieve speed control processing.Test results show that:compared with the traditional horizontal spiral centrifuge frequency control test group and the traditional FMEA top-suspended centrifuge frequency control test group,the final frequency control error rate of the designed artificial immunity algorithm horizontal spiral centrifuge frequency control test group is better controlled at less than 20%,which indicates that the current centrifuge frequency control method is applied more effectively with the assistance of the artificial immunity algorithm,and the current centrifuge frequency control method is applied more effectively.speed control method with the assistance of artificial immunity algorithm,the current centrifuge frequency conversion control method has a better application effect,is more targeted,and has practical application value.
