长三角城市群农产品电商发展水平时空演化及影响因素

Spatial-Temporal Evolution of the Agricultural Product E-commerce Levels in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 基于2016—2020年长三角城市群25个城市(未含上海市)的面板数据,采用熵值法、莫兰指数与回归分析等多元统计方法,深入探究该地区农产品电商发展的时空分布格局及其关键影响因素。研究发现:长三角城市群农产品电商发展水平在空间上呈现出明显的正向相关性,并显示出集聚特征,但近年来这种集聚效应呈现出减弱的趋势,显示出集中与扩散的双重特征;长三角城市群农产品电商发展存在区域不平衡性,高、中高发展水平层次城市主要集中在沿海和东南部地区;长三角城市群农产品电商的发展受到多重因素的影响,包括经济环境、产业结构、农业现代化、物流体系以及信息技术等。因此,应加强长三角城市群内部的农产品电商协同发展,引导优化和共享电商资源,降低运营成本并提升市场竞争力;优化长三角城市群农产品电商的空间布局,采取差异化的区域发展策略,推动城市群内部的产业梯度转移和合作,促进均衡发展;构建长三角城市群农产品电商发展的多维支撑体系,涵盖经济支持、产业融合与转型以及物流和信息技术的投入创新。 Utilizing panel data spanning from 2016 to 2020,encompassing 25 cities(excluding Shanghai)within the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)urban agglomeration,the authors employ a multifaceted statistical approach,including the entropy weight method,Moran's I index,and regression analyses,to scrutinize the spatiotemporal patterns and pivotal influencing factors of agricultural product e-commerce development in this locale.It is found that:the development level of agricultural product e-commerce in the YRD urban agglomeration exhibits a significant positive spatial correlation and demonstrates agglomeration characteristics,however,in recent years,this agglomeration effect has shown a weakening trend,displaying both concentration and diffusion characteristics;regional imbalance exists in the development of agricultural product e-commerce in the YRD urban agglomeration,with high and middle-high level cities mainly concentrated in coastal and southeastern regions;and the development of agricultural product e-commerce in the YRD urban agglomeration is influenced by multiple factors,including economic environment,industrial structure,agricultural modernization,logistics system,and information technology.Therefore,we should,first,strengthen the coordinated development of agricultural product e-commerce within the YRD urban agglomeration,guide the optimization and sharing of e-commerce resources,reduce operating costs and enhance market competitiveness;second,we should optimize the spatial layout of agricultural product e-commerce in the YRD urban agglomeration,adopt differentiated regional development strategies,promote industrial gradient transfer and cooperation within urban agglomerations,and promote balanced development;and third,we should construct a multi-dimensional support system for the development of agricultural product e-commerce in the YRD urban agglomeration,covering economic support,industrial integration and transformation,and investment innovation in logistics and information technology.
