摘要
合成氨变换装置由四段绝热耐硫变换改造为等温变换后,催化剂改用QDB-06型耐硫变换催化剂。介绍了等温变换装置的工艺流程、催化剂的装填及升温硫化。6个多月的实际运行情况表明,QDB-06型耐硫变换催化剂具有良好的低温活性、颗粒强度和强度稳定性,完全可以满足变换深度和等温变换工况的要求。
Since the transformation of the synthetic ammonia shift unit from a four-stage adiabatic sulfur-tolerant shift to isothermal shift,the catalyst used is changed to QDB-06 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst.The process flow,catalyst loading and heating vulcanization of the isothermal shift unit are introduced.The actual operation for over 6 months shows that the QDB-06 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst has good low temperature activity,particle strength,and strength stability,which can fully meet the shift requirement and isothermal shift conditions.
