摘要
针对特大体量土方工程施工管理难度大且对基坑群及周边建筑安全带来不确定性风险的问题,提出一个面向BIM的土方开挖、运输和监测数字化管理方法,旨在实现高效有序的挖运施工组织与动态精准的基坑监测联动。基于开挖方案对土方单元赋予唯一编码,建立基坑现场与BIM模型的映射关系,同时,将土方单元与土方车辆进行绑定,对土方运输全过程进行位置、时间及重量跟踪,实现数字化土方挖运一体化管理。并基于已建立的土方BIM模型将实际现场的开挖信息与监测数据进行关联,实现工况、变形与降水数据的动态融合。所提出方法在实际特大地下工程中成功应用,为该工程顺利实施提供了数字化管理思路和技术路径。
For the difficulties in the construction management of extremely large-scale earthwork projects and the uncertainty risks brought to the safety of foundation pits and surrounding buildings,a BIM-oriented digital management method for earth excavation,transportation and monitoring is proposed to achieve efficient excavation-transportation organization and accurate foundation-pit-monitoring linkage.Firstly,based on the excavation plan,unique codes are assigned to earthwork units to establish a mapping relationship between the foundation pit site and the BIM model.Simultaneously,the earthwork units are bound to earthwork vehicles to track the location,time,and weight of the entire earthwork transportation process,realizing the integrated management of digital earth excavation and transportation.Furthermore,based on the established earthwork BIM model,the excavation information and monitoring data on the actual site are correlated to achieve dynamic integration of working conditions,deformation and precipitation data.The proposed method has been successfully applied in a practical extremely large underground project,providing digital management ideas and technical paths for the smooth implementation of the project.
