摘要
微信公众号是疾控机构工作宣传和健康教育的平台之一,也是进行疾病控制和健康知识宣传的渠道。以“京铁疾控”微信公众号为例,基于用户属性和增长情况、用户来源、文章发布情况和阅读量分析总结前期运营经验,提出铁路疾控机构微信公众号的优化策略,即撰写高质量科普文章、丰富内容表达形式、开展健康专题宣传、精准推送健康知识、增加与职工互动频率,以有效将微信公众号等新媒体传播手段与健康教育深度融合,提升微信公众号传播力,提高铁路职工健康素养效果。
Wechat public account is one of the platforms for CDC work publicity and health education,as well as a channel for disease control and health knowledge publicity.Taking the Wechat public account of"Beijing Railway Center for Disease Control and Prevention"as an example,based on the analysis of user attributes and growth,user sources,article publication and reading volume,the preliminary operation experience was summarized,the optimization strategy of the Wechat public account of railway disease control institutions was proposed,high-quality science popularization articles were written,content expression forms were enriched,health thematic publicity was carried out,health knowledge was accurately pushed,and interaction frequency with employees was increased.In order to effectively integrate new media communication means such as Wechat public accounts with health education,improve the communication power of Wechat public accounts and improve the health literacy effect of railway workers.
