摘要
目的:观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年5月遂宁市中心医院消化内科收治的急性胰腺炎患者68例作为观察对象,随机分为参照组与试验组,各34例。参照组给予乌司他丁治疗,试验组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合乌司他丁治疗。比较两组治疗效果、生化指标、临床症状缓解时间及住院时间。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、淀粉酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、白细胞介素-6水平降低,试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组肛门排气时间、排便时间、腹痛缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间早于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的效果较好,可改善患者生化指标,加速症状缓解,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To observe the effect of bifidobacterium quadruplex viable tablet combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as the observation objects at the gastroenterology Department of Suining Central Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023,and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ulinastatin,and the experimental group was treated with bifidobacterium tetrad combined with ulinastatin.The therapeutic effect,biochemical indexes,duration of remission of clinical symptoms and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);after treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,amylase,aspartate aminotransferase and interleukin-6 in two groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);anal exhaust time,defecation time,abdominal pain relief time and bowel sound recovery time of experimental group were earlier than those of control group,and hospital stay was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium quadruplex viable tablet combined with ulinastatin is effective in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,which can improve the biochemical indexes of patients,accelerate the remission of symptoms and shorten the length of hospital stay.
