摘要
为了解决电力机车在无火回送过程中的应急供电问题,需利用无火回送进行电能再生。要实现无火回送的电能再生就需要对电机的转速进行精确的测量。本文设计了一种能够对车载电机转速精确检测的速度检测系统,分析了速度检测系统的整体结构、工作原理、硬件电路和软件测速方法。实验结果证明,设计的电力机车无火回送速度检测系统,能够适应不同型号的速度编码器,并能精确检测电机的实时转速。
In order to solve the auxiliary power supply problem of electric locomotives in the process of fireless return,it is necessary to use fireless return to regenerate electric energy.This article designs a speed detection system that can accurately detect vehicle motors,and analyzes the overall structure,working principle,hardware circuit and software speed measurement method of the speed detection system.Experimental results prove that the designed fireless return speed detection system for electric locomotives can adapt to different types of speed encoders and accurately detect the real-time speed of the motor.
