摘要
中国要美,乡村必须美。党的二十大报告提出了“建设宜居宜业和美乡村”,为我国乡村建设确定了目标,指明了方向。据此,通过深入理解宜居乡村、宜业乡村、和美乡村的基本内涵,得出宜居乡村应是基本具备现代生活条件的乡村,宜业乡村应是满足农民就地就近就业的乡村,和美乡村应是“和”与“美”相互融合发展的乡村。同时,根据乡村建设的目标要求,对和美乡村建设的价值意蕴进行了深刻剖析,进而提出了建设和美乡村的现实路径。
If China wants to be beautiful,the countryside must be beautiful.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the"build a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in",which set goals and pointed out the direction for China's rural construction.Accordingly,through an in-depth understanding of the basic connotations of livable villages,workable villages,and harmonious villages,it is concluded that livable villages should be villages with basic modern living conditions,villages suitable for business should be villages that meet the needs of farmers for local and nearby employment,and harmonious villages should be villages where"harmony"and"beauty"are integrated and developed.At the same time,according to the objectives and requirements of rural construction,the value implication of beautiful and harmonious village rural construction was deeply analyzed,and then the realistic path of building beautiful and harmonious village rural area was proposed.
