摘要
本文分析了报价成本模型系统的目标和业务要求,提出了系统解决方案。通过报价成本系统平台,可以根据产品系列对应报价价格模型,在线完成项目报价,依据项目报价成本,制定目标成本,分解料工组成,并下达项目经理及各业务条线,开展目标成本考核。实时关注实际成本发生情况,并针对实际成本与目标成本、实际成本与报价成本开展比对,找出成本超支原因。此系统已经在公司的营销中心和财务部门流转应用,收到了较好的效果。
In this paper,the objective and business requirements of the quotation cost model system are analyzed,and the systematic solution is put forward.Through the quotation cost system platform,the project quotation can be completed online according to the corresponding quotation price model of the product series so as to set the target cost,decompose the material composition,and carry out the target cost assessment according to the project quotation cost.It is necessary to pay attention to the actual cost occurrence in real time,and compare the actual cost with the target cost,the actual cost with the quoted cost,and find out the cause of cost overruns.This system has been applied in the marketing center and financial department of the company,and has received good results.
