摘要
目的探讨激励式心理干预对择期行剖宫产产妇生理应激及情绪状况的影响。方法选择2020年2月至2022年4月我院60名择期行剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,根据产妇入院顺序进行编号,然后经双盲法将其分为常规组和干预组,每组30名。常规组给予常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理基础上给予激励式心理干预。比较两组的情绪状况、生理应激指标及术后恢复指标。结果术前1 d,两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05)。术前30 min、术中关腹前,干预组的SBP、DBP及HR均低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组的首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论激励式心理干预可减轻择期行剖宫产产妇的生理应激,改善情绪状况,促进术后康复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of incentive psychological intervention on physiological stress and emotional status of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section.Methods From February 2020 to April 2022,60 parturients undergoing elective cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The parturients were numbered according to the order of admission,and then divided into routine group and intervention group by double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given incentive psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The emotional status,physiological stress indexes and postoperative recovery indexes of the two groups were compared.Results One day before operation,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups decreased,and those in the intervention group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).At 30 min before operation and before abdominal closure during operation,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time,first ambulation time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive psychological intervention can reduce the physiological stress of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section,improve emotional status and promote postoperative rehabilitation,which is worthy of promotion.
