摘要
为了进一步提升测绘基准在海岛自然资源开发建设中的支撑服务保障能力,提出一种多技术融合的超长距离跨海高程传递方法:应用全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)等多种跨海高程传递技术方法,建立陆岛统一的高精度高程基准;并针对不同距离的高程传递需求,基于GNSS技术精准测定跨海基线长度和大地高差,改进跨海观测装置,选用不同的觇灯组合,在大陈岛海域完成2处超长跨段(10 km以上)和1处短距离跨段的连续高程传递工程应用。结果表明,本次高程传递的每千米水准测量偶然中误差、环闭合差精度均能达到二等水准测量的要求;高精度GNSS测量+似大地水准面模型可以适用于长距离跨海高程传递。
In order to further improve the support and service guarantee ability of surveying and mapping datum in the development and construction of island natural resources,the paper proposed an extra-long distance cross-sea elevation transfer method based on multi-technology integration:a multi-technology integration including global navigation satellite system(GNSS)and other cross-sea elevation transfer methods was comprehensively applied to establish a unified high-precision elevation datum for lands and islands;moreover,according to the elevation transfer requirements of different distances,the cross sea baseline length and geodetic elevation difference were accurately measured based on GNSS technology,and the continuous elevation transfer engineering application of two ultra long spans(more than 10 km)and one short span was completed in Dachen island sea area by improving the cross sea observation device and selecting different target light combinations.Results showed that the accidental mean square error and loop closure error accuracy of each kilometer leveling of this elevation transfer could meet the requirements of the second order leveling,which could verify the feasibility of high-precision GNSS measurement and quasi geoid model for long-distance cross-sea elevation transfer.
